As I work on today’s post, knowing that this weekend is Thanksgiving here in Canada is such a pleasant feeling, I feel super blessed and happy. My oldest child and daughter turned twelve yesterday, this was such a big deal for me as a mother and parent, oh and she got her first mobile phone as well eek, so exciting for my family as she now calls herself a tween lol, Omg she is on her way to her teenage years I can’t believe this.
Onto today’s outfit before I get so carried away with my excitement and almost forget why I’m working on this post in the first place lol. So how gorgeous is this kimono, I love it and I hope you do too as it is so beautiful with the colors splashing seamlessly into each other, makes it so dreamy and makes the eyes happy.
Like I always say sometimes one piece of either clothing, shoes, accessories or even color can actually choose and put an outfit together seamlessly with minimal or no effort at all and this kimono did just that. I just saw this piece and immediately knew how I wanted to style it and what I was pairing with it.
Yes, it is fall and this is so appropriate since the weather, although much cooler can be comfortable and warm to wear at the same time. Styling this look I decided to pair black this kimono with this pants with a black tank top, as I wanted the black to compliment and make the colors on the kimono pop even more.
Again going with the colors, I decided to pair this outfit with brown mules and matching handbag, and for my accessories, I went for this beautiful turquoise color pendant necklace because obviously, it matches the hem of the kimono dead on to complete this fabulous look.
