3 styles of cardigans you need in your closet

I get cold easily and one of my fall staples to keep warm is definitely a cardigan. I have this piece in different colours, prints and lengths to be honest, and I style them in different ways with different outfits. I wear them everyday for a quick store run, school run, zoom meetings and even just chilling at home I mean you name it this piece for me is a definite must hence why I’m sharing it.

For some reason I’m not so into trench coat, and or windbreaker, as in my opinion, cardigans gives me the warmth I need that is why it has always had my heart also because it always comes in different variations. I have previously shared this style in this post here, shared similar  here, here and during the summer months I absolutely enjoy kimono and here which are similar styles as well.

For the purpose of this post, I am sharing 3 of my favourite style of cardigans which I highly recommend as each serve slightly different purpose in your closet. Cardigans are very versatile as my closet is and comes in variety of styles, but I’ll be sharing three different styles which I showcase below:

  • Look 1 – The long plain style which I find elongates the body
  • Look 2 – The short button down which can be worn as a shrug on dresses, or in place of blazers
  • Look 3 – The Midi style which I personally think it the most fun, mostly comes with different prints, patterns or stripes and my personal preference is this midi length style.
